Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time is check-in?

A: Check-in starts at 4pm. Lock boxes are attached to our homes for your convenience.

Q: What time is check-out?

A: Check-out time is 11am.

Q: What if I am arriving early?

A: We understand if you need to arrive early in the day due to flight schedules or driving conditions. We do, however, politely ask you to call us (541-383-1780) and let us know if this is the case prior to your scheduled arrival.  Our housekeepers need to be aware so they can adjust their cleaning schedule.

Q: What if I am arriving late?

A: We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. Again, we do, however, politely ask you to call us and let us know if this is the case prior to your scheduled arrival.  In most cases, we leave the front porch light on, and the key is in the lock box.  Owners and Lucky Vacation Rental are not responsible for late check-ins or early check-outs, some fees may apply.

Q: Are your houses pet-friendly?

A: Yes, we do have some homes that are pet-friendly.  Some will accept dogs, some cats, so please check that the house you are interested is pet-friendly by visiting our Vacation Rentals section.

Q: Where is your town located?

A: We are located in the heart of Oregon.  Please review the maps and/or  Driving Directions section for more details on finding your way to Central Oregon.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

A: If you would like to cancel your reservations more than 30 days in advance, there is only a $50.00 fee. There is no refund on bookings within less than 30 days.    

Q: I cannot find an answer to my question!

A: If you were not able to find an answer on our website, please contact us directly and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Visit our Contact Us page to fill out a quick form, or call us at 541-383-1780. If you decide to call outside of our working hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you in the morning.
